Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before you refer a friend and enter into our prize draw
- The referral campaign is open to direct debit and annual cash paying members over 18 years of age only.
- The member must provide full and accurate information for their referral, to include; name, telephone number and email address.
- The referrer must be a valid and active member to refer someone new.
- The referral campaign is not valid for cash memberships less than 12 months in contract.
- The referral campaign is not open to casual members.
- If a member provides referral details, the referral cannot join within the same 24hour period as the member.
- The referred member (friend) must complete a minimum of two direct debit payments in full before the existing member will receive their free month. If we fail to collect monies or the membership lapses for any other reasons then the offer becomes invalid.
- The member may provide an unlimited supply of referrals. For each referral that becomes an eligible member, the existing member will be entitled to one month free membership.
- Pulse has the right to verify the eligibility of members and entrants.
- The offer is non transferable and there is monetary equivalent.
- Pulse Management decision is final.
- The promoter is Pulse, The Bromley Centre, Bromley Road, Congleton, Cheshire CW12 1PT.
- This referral campaign is valid for all live members at Ashton Pools, Hyde Leisure Pool, The Copley Centre and Medlock Leisure Centre.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Leisure Centre rules and Pulse contract terms and conditions apply.
